ARE THEY NEW OR WORN? ARE THERETANY WEAR MARKS?

Completely new. We inspect each item before sending it, not only to ensure its authenticity, but also to guarantee that it is brand new, unworn and not already tried on.
They are accompanied by the original box and the original packaging (additional laces, other accessories...).

For the products we have in stock, the minimum and maximum sizes depend on the models.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?

The delivery via DHL to your home, delivered against signature and insured. Once your package is picked up by the carrier, an email with the tracking number will be sent to you, so that you can follow your package.
Our delivery times are generally 10 working days and 12 working days.

If you have not yet received your tracking number, it means that your package has not yet been sent. As soon as it is shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing the tracking number and a link to track the delivery of your package.

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR SNEAKERS?

You can find different cleaning solutions online. However, we advise you to use Marseille soap and a toothbrush to clean your sneakers. Finally, avoid putting it in the washing machine, as this could damage them and damage the materials.
